Prasnar, Cambodian-born French, studied in France during teenage and early adulthood, embraced an international career path, and then chose to return to Cambodia and contribute his skills and knowledge to benefit the local ICT sector. He has over 12 years of multicultural experience, spent across Europe, India, and Cambodia.
